How buying works
Choose on the department's site. Pay here. Keep it in your library.
Where to buy
Each department keeps its own product pages; its buy buttons lead here.
1752
Temporal master data: the Calendar API, the Operating Calendar, and country dossiers.
Commissions
Research and advisory work, delivered as a document written for you. Scope and price are agreed by email first.
LocIntel
Relocation reports for cities and countries, each with a year of quarterly editions.
Naisu Press
Books from the Clarity Series and Symptoms of Civilization, as eBook and PDF. Every title is made for print.
Before you pay
Who you are buying from
Every product is provided by Naisu Limited, a company registered in England & Wales. Stripe handles payment and tax, and appears on your receipt as the merchant of record.
What your statement says
NAISU* followed by the department, for example NAISU* LOCINTEL or NAISU* PRESS.
What arrives, and when
Files and keys are ready when payment clears, and an email says so. An organize.ink planner is made for your order first, which usually takes a few minutes.
Commissions
The scope and price are agreed by email first. Under £400 it is one payment; above that, payments follow an agreed schedule. The document is released to your library when the last payment clears, and only to you.
Keeping what you bought
An edition you buy stays in your library. A correction arrives as a new revision beside the old one, never over it.
Refunds
Each department's refund terms are shown at checkout. Write to support@naisu.pro. A refunded order leaves your library.
